Writing Goal

My writing goal for term 2 is to use a range of different sentence starters to make my writing more interesting.
Update: I have noticed that I completed this goal here is my proof below. The bit of writing is when we did persuasive writing.






Dear great principal of St Mary's Catholic School Rotorua,

Could we please have permission to go into the new class room for a hard jumbo treasure hunt. For our amazing free Golden time with you on friday. Hope you enjoy your time with us.

In fact it gives our brain a work out a reason why is we have to use our brain to know where the hard spots are. Also we all think it is a good idea because it is good to have fun like this once and awhile. As you can see when we get to go in we know where to go for next time.

Surely it's a fun investigation for us. Mr Macmillan do you think an investigation is fun? Certainly We have to include the year zero’s in the jumbo treasure hunt so they can have an fun investigation as well as us it’s the right thing to do. It will help us if we job that includes investigating.

I am sure that it is a good opportunity for us to see how well the hard working builders have done to the wonderful new classroom. To learn how to work with the cute amazing year zero’s since we don’t work with them a lot. We can dress up for example p.j’s or dressing gowns and costumes.

Though you might think it will be hard to keep it absolutely tidy and we will supply all the stuff for the hunt. If you hide the things we bring in the hard spots you get a certificate. Then we will give you the best surprise that a principal could want.

In fact we would be so delitaded if you did do this even though this is the only option.

My goal for term two is to think about my ideas before writing my bit work

My goal for term 3 is to structure my sentences because I had some sentences that weren't structured. Update: I sometimes use different sentence types but I need to deliberately choose shorter or longer sentences to grab the reader's attention or change the mood.

My goal for term 4 is to learn how to spell more difficult words. And will learn this by getting mums old spelling book and learn some words from that. A few words every week.
